Our Story
In 2021, we launched a conventional consulting enterprise tailored to medium and large-scale organisations. However, we soon recognized that our services were primarily accessible and affordable only to businesses of that scale, leaving small businesses unable to benefit from them.
Then came the idea of creating a virtual service, one that is cost effective and accessible by any business, no matter the size or location. Then in 2023, the Pursuit of Zero app was born.

Brad Mitchell, the founder and CEO of Pursuit of Zero, is affectionately known as the 'fun guy' deeply passionate about safety. Despite his relative youth, he offers a motivated and fresh perspective, approaching challenges with a modern touch while maintaining a reliable, thoughtful, and down-to-earth demeanour.
Brad's personal motivation stems from firsthand experience in high-risk workplaces, propelling him to transform the safety landscape. A charismatic communicator, his infectious personality allows him to share safety insights uniquely and engagingly with both leaders and employees.
At the core of Pursuit of Zero are care and experience. Our business and our approach to workplace safety reflect the values of Brad Mitchell and with his extensive experience in high-risk workplaces, Brad leads with both heart and passion.
