Referral Program Terms
Effective from: 18 February 2026
Thank you for supporting Pursuit of Zero and helping us grow safer workplaces.
These terms explain how our Referral Program works. By submitting a referral, you agree to the following.
1. How the Program Works
If you refer a business to Pursuit of Zero and they formally engage our services, incentives will apply as outlined below.
The type of incentive depends on whether the referral is made by an individual or on behalf of an organisation.
This program is designed to reward genuine introductions that align with our mission and capacity.
2. Who Can Participate
Anyone may submit a referral using the official Pursuit of Zero referral form.
3. What Makes a Referral Valid
A referral is considered valid if:
-
The business has not previously been a client to Pursuit of Zero
-
They are not already in active discussions with us
-
Accurate contact details are provided
-
You have permission to share their details
If more than one person refers the same business, the incentive will be awarded to the first valid referral received (based on submission time).
Pursuit of Zero reserves the right to determine whether a referral qualifies.
